Our Monastery, the southernmost of the Old Calendar Monasteries, was founded in 2018 in Curacaví, Metropolitan Region, Chile.Its founder and current Abbot is the Bishop of Santiago, +Basilio, who is currently alone, since vocations in Chile are very scarce.
Our life is based on strict respect for the Holy Canons and the experience of them. Fasting and prayer are the permanent companions of meditation on the Word and the prayer of Jesus.
